1. Be Alpha

2. Do Not React
Most men feel the need to constantly be on the defence. They will fight and argue with others who they feel is undermining them in some way. What you must realize is that it actually conveys MUCH lower value when you react very outwardly to petty comments.
If you get angry, it looks like there is some truth to those comments. If you want to convey the utmost confidence, you never react to anything. You always need to stay in control of your emotions.
