Why are we as men always so afraid of getting rejected by women? What does really happen to you if you get rejected? Let me tell you - absolutely nothing at all. The problem is, most men just take rejection too seriously. But now to the question: why rejection from a woman is not a bad thing?

If you are thinking about approaching a woman and worrying if she is going to reject you or not, try to take it from another perspective instead. By approaching her, you are giving her an opportunity to meet you and to become part of your world. If she rejects you, why would you care at all? It's nothing personal, she doesn't even know you. If she really would know what you are actually like, she would never have rejected you (I am assuming here you are a normal person).

Rejection is definitely not bad. It can even be good because it helps you to grow and learn. It adds excitement to life. If you would always succeed in life, it would be pretty boring. Rejection makes the little victories sweeter. Imagine you are approaching 3 girls and get rejected from 2. Now the one little victory you had seems like a huge achievement and you won't even care about the rejections anymore. If none of the girls would have rejected you, these victories would seem like nothing.

The secret of approaching women is not to let rejections affect you and learn from them. The men who are most successful with women get rejected constantly, but they don't take it personal and use it to improve themselves. They have the courage to try again (and again) and so should you!
