When you see a woman who you think is hot, do you get all nervous? If you are afraid of approaching women, do not feel like you are the only guy who feels this way, because you certainly are not alone. Many, many guys are afraid of approaching women, even many of the "ladies men" out there. A lot of the guys who do approach a lot of women use mental tricks to fight through this fear.
