If He Didn't Call You Back

The worst thing you can do is to hang your life and your very breath on whether the man you have interest in will call...is going to call...should call...must call etc.

If you're down in the pits because you haven't heard from him, in reality it is because you are trying to control his behavior and your lack of ability to control him is causing you to go into a tailspin.

Which means that you're still trying to get validation from someone who really owes you nothing. He's not your husband...just a potential. The problem is...many women place all of their hopes in a man's potential.

When you face reality, you will not live as if a man owes you something. You'll try to get happy and stay happy even if he's taking his time to get back to you. You'll do what he's doing...out somewhere not picking up the phone to call you.

But you won't get mad about it because that would mean that you're giving him all of the power over your feelings...and to do this my dear will cause you to have feelings of panic which in turn will weaken your immune system. Continued man panic will cause you to have stress related diseases...I can guarantee it.

So when he's not calling you, you need to straighten up and remember to use your tears wisely. Know exactly how to respond to the man you've been waiting around for when he calls.
