When the economy is tough, dating can get expensive. If you don't have a job or are worried about losing your job then watching your money becomes a bigger factor.
But there are dates that you and yours can take advantage of without spending a lot of money.
1. Picnics- Pack some food and find a nice spot. There are plenty of state and local parks to visit. While your at the parks take a walk and enjoy nature.
2. Fishing-If you have a couple of fishing poles and if you don't borrow some from a friend. Buy some bait or dig your own worms. You both can sit and talk about lots of things. Pick a nice quiet area where you can relax and get to know each other better.
Think how much fun it will be catching those fish too.
3. Bowling- This can be an in expensive way for you to have fun. You can rent your shoes from the bowling alley and they furnish the balls. Many bowling alleys have specials during different times of the week.
4. Watching the Stars- Take a blanket and some warm clothes to wear just in case the temperature drops after dark. It's a good way to cuddle and even enjoy a snack and something to drink.
5. Movie Night- Rent some old movies, fix popcorn and spend the evening or afternoon watching these movies cuddled up together.
6. Billiards- There are places where you can go to play billiards and it is very inexpensive.
7. Homemade Dinner-One of you can make the dinner add some candles and a tablecloth and now you have a cozy evening.
These are just some of ways to have fun without spending a lot of money. If you think about it I know you can up with many more things to do yourself.
