It's too EASY

Would you want to win the Nobel Peace prize if all you had to do was wake up, get dressed, and go out? Obviously it wouldn't be valued as high as it is, if it was that easy to get!

The same thing goes for men who are nice guys. They often treat women out to all kinds of things, but give out these "rewards" to women, without women even asking for it or without her doing anything to earn or deserve it.

She will see this as being too easy for her to have, and although she may enjoy it at first, the fact of the matter is, she will get bored of always being able to get things from you so easily, and in turn may mistake you for someone who is desperate or someone who simply wants to get into her pants.

You must always present yourself as the PRIZE to be won, and not the other way around. Any time that you make HER the prize, you will immediately become TOO easy to have, and will put her on a pedestal which IS NOT challenging to her, because that is what too many guys do already anyways.

Asking for her approval

This is a BIG NO-NO when it comes to women, but nice guys ALWAYS do this, and most of the time without realizing it. You may ask her what she wants to do, where she wants to go, and women hate always having to make the decisions and decide FOR YOU.

Women love men who can take charge and decide for themselves.

She wants you to give her a good reason to do something or go somewhere with you, but the instant you ask her what she wants to do, you are once again suggesting you are easy, but are also asking for her approval, which gives her ALL of the power.
