Men can be so difficult to decipher. We don't always know what they mean, and even less often do we understand what they are feeling. Men are thought to be much less emotionally open than women, generally not expressing their feelings on a regular basis. Because of this, when we are in a relationship with a man, it is not always easy to tell if he still thinks it's all fun and games, or if he has decided to settle down and get a little more serious with what the two of you have built. Below is a list of a few of the signs that will tell you when a guy is getting serious in a relationship.
- He Trusts You: If a guy trusts you to be around men all day, looking great and smiling at work, then he is secure in the idea that you love him and only want to be with him. This kind of trust suggests also that he is probably not cheating on you, as suspects are almost always suspicious of everyone else.
- He tells you that he loves you: Guys are not generally the ones to say I love You first, so if he manages to squeeze out those three words before you have, it's a pretty good sign that he is dedicated.
- If he makes plans for the two of you a lot, and always is sure to include you when he's invited to something, he has begun to think of you two as one solid element. This can be both good and bad. It's good because it shows that he's pretty serious, but sometimes bad because if you are not careful, you can get lost in a relationship that doesn't allow you to be an individual.
These are just three signs that your guy might be getting serious, but there are plenty more. If you can't read his signs, just ask him. "Where do we stand?" That should clear it all up.
