How to Attract a Man - Part 5

Want to know how to attract a man? Well, most of us do and if you're interested in brushing up your skills to attract men in general, then read this part 5 of 5.

Cooking Together

Okay, so you've moved on a little in the relationship and you're getting pretty comfortable in each other's company. Cooking together (your place, his, doesn't matter) is a wonderful thing to share. You can have fun, be intimate, standing over the stove together, stirring the food together (and it doesn't have to be an extravagant dish), it's the mere act of 'doing' things so closely together that's important here. You can get comfortable in a nice outfit (or sexy outfit or tiny apron and heels) - he will absolutely 'love' you for it.

And then if you introduce a beer for him and a wine for you, then you know you're going to be in a for a good time afterwards. Or maybe you'll even have a little tom foolery or quickie while the pasta's cooking and come back to it - just imagine how relaxed he's going to be. He's going to be like a happy little puppy; in fact you're both going to be relaxed and you're both going to be happy. And remember what I always say, you 'should' be having regular sex with your partner (once you're in a committed relationship, that is).

Just as an aside to the above, it'll also enhance 'you' in his eyes if you buy the odd thing that you know he likes. Example, let's say he likes a particular cheese or sauce or dip or whatever it might be - and you normally wouldn't buy that for yourself. Well, if you have that in the fridge or cupboard when he comes over, he's going to take notice of that and something (good) will go off inside his head - he'll be drawn to you even more, because you 'thought' about him and let's remember girls, men like to have nice little surprises too. Note: this is a nice little surprise and not OTT - so that's fine. You're not all out and buying him a crate of champagne - you're just showing that you thought of him in a very sweet and loving way.

Cleanliness and Personal Hygiene

All guys (regardless of age, what country they came from, social background) admire women who are 'together' and not an absolute mess. This is a fact. So if you want a mate and the man of your dreams, take note. Men don't like confusion, mess and chaos. It is not an attractive trait. So if organization is not your strongest suit, you're going to have to put a bit of work in here, aren't you!

In brief, 'you' of course are well turned out and well groomed. This is what men like to see. He does 'not' (and I don't care how long you've been going together) need to see you shaving, waxing, bleaching, or any other unsavory habit that you should keep to yourself, behind closed doors, in the bathroom. Got that! He should only see the finished product. Granted, when you're living together, he'll no doubt see a little more of you - but that still should not mean, you cutting your toe nails etc etc. You get my drift! Some things are just better kept hidden!

As to your home, okay, you don't have to be Queen of Clean but - you do have to show some semblance of order. Like, top of your agenda at home should be a 'clean' bathroom, fresh towels and no nasty odors. Your bed (ie the linen) should be clean - goes without saying but some people need reminding because this sort of stuff (ie cleanliness doesn't come naturally to them). You should not have any mess lying around the floors, whatever it might be and your clothes should be in the closet or wash bin, not on the floor - otherwise, what kind of message does this send to him? So, you don't have to be immaculate at home, but you should be able to bring him (or anyone else for that matter, ie girlfriends) home without descending into complete panic at the state of your humble abode. There - hope I got that one delivered (to those of you who need it!)

Girls/ladies, I hope you enjoyed this little mini-series on tips for attracting men.
